During this season of Thanksgiving and miracles, I want to say a very grateful thank you to a local company, SERVPRO, who showed great integrity in keeping their promises.  Several years ago I had a bad rook leak, and the damage one to the interior of the house required the use of a remediation company and SERVPRO was called.  Through a series of events, a situation took place that required me to call them again, and after five years they still stood by their work and spent three days fixing my new problem.  For me, this was not only a miracle, but a display of great integrity and character.  My many deep and grateful thanks go out to: Owner, Robb Sartorio, Operations Manager - Matthew Norman and the technicians who did a marvelous job - Dennis.  Thank you guys!
